Why learning through play is the best way to teach your preschooler or kindergartener.....
It's fun - You will have a hard time homeschooling if your kids think learning is boring. It needs to be fun to work. Worksheets are great but most of the time kids drag learning because of too much "paperwork". Add as much "play" as you can and I guarantee less tears for both you and your kids.
Less Stress - No one wants to work in a stressful environment. Adding learning through play will lessen the stress. Kids just want to play all day anyway. It sounds more attractive to them than "school".
Learn faster - Kids tend to do the same thing over and over again when they are having fun. Remember how many times you've played the same board game over and over again? Kids will learn faster when they are having fun because they will want to do it again and again.
