Supplies:
Cotton Balls
Pipe Cleaners
Round Styrofoam
Liquid Glue
Instructions:
Click the pipe cleaners at the edge of the round styrofoam.
Put glue all over the styrofoam and stick cotton balls all over to make clouds.
